Role and responsibility
About Badminton Shuttlecock Wholesale Sourcing
We are an independent procurement service for business buyers defining and comparing shuttlecock requirements. Our role is to organize the product brief, ask supplier questions and make differences in quotation scope visible. Factory ownership, stock and product approvals are not implied by this service name.
Discuss a buyer briefA clear division of decisions
- The buyer defines use
- Provide the indoor play environment, competition or practice purpose, budget basis and quantities by variant. A coach or procurement approver should identify the acceptance questions that a sample needs to resolve.
- The sourcing service aligns questions
- Translate the request into material and construction, pack ratio, carton dimensions and delivery-scope questions. Preserve conflicting supplier answers as open items instead of presenting an assumed equivalent.
- The supplier confirms its proposal
- Identify the exact item, material, minimum quantity, sample charges, requested documents and timing assumptions. A supplier response is an input to review, not proof that the buyer has accepted it.
- The buyer approves the next step
- Record sample identity, artwork revision and accepted substitutions. Approving a sample's appearance does not automatically accept freight exclusions or a different production construction.
Evidence belongs to an item and a decision
Buyer-provided information
Provide your competition level, sample approver, requested material and destination. Retain the brief revision so later changes can be tracked.
No factory history, customer count or certification is offered as a substitute for a product-specific review. Ask whether an evidence document names the proposed shuttle and whether its description matches the sample. Exact-item test evidence remains a document to request and examine, not a site credential.
For an illustrative club request, the buyer might ask for 60 tubes with 12 pieces per tube, totaling 720 pieces. The useful next step is to compare the same construction, pack count and destination scope. This is procurement arithmetic, not a stock statement, minimum order or completed customer case.
Supplier confirmation required
Request item-specific construction details, pack count, sample identity, availability, quotation exclusions and timing. No document is treated as accepted until reviewed for the proposed item.
Communication stays tied to your business email and the requirement submitted through this site. We do not publish an invented office address, phone number or operating history. Shipping arrangements, document review and other services are discussed in the scope of the specific request.
