Prepare the requirement
For shuttlecocks, list feather or nylon construction, base material, speed designation, dimensions and weight in g where needed. State the intended sport and competition level and the surface or play environment in which samples will be evaluated.
Give quantities in pieces, dozens or tubes and define set contents and packaging. A pack ratio, custom tube artwork and carton dimensions affect what suppliers quote. Unknown values can stay marked for confirmation rather than being guessed.
A target budget is optional. Identify currency and per-unit or whole-order basis, then choose high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided if it helps express your priorities. These labels describe buyer preference, not verified supplier grades.
If a sample must arrive before an internal review meeting, list both the review date and the desired receiving date. Keeping those dates separate helps expose whether a supplier response covers sample preparation, production or freight.
Keep acceptance criteria, required documents and permitted substitutions visible. Our service organizes sourcing questions; availability, quotations, exact-item test evidence and delivery commitments remain supplier-specific. Read the sourcing method or the Spec Review guide for more detail.
