Sourcing Method

Shuttlecock supplier matching

Supplier search starts with a controlled brief, not a list of interchangeable catalog links. Identify the requested shuttle construction, competition level, quantity unit and US destination so factory responses can be reviewed on a shared basis.

Independent sourcing support: suppliers confirm their own item configuration, quotation and availability; the buyer retains approval.

Four working records, one requirement

01 / Requirement

Resolve specification gaps

Verify: which construction and speed marking governs?

State feather or nylon, cork construction, speed designation, dimensions and weight in g where required. Document the surface or play environment and any buyer-defined acceptance checks. Keep unknown dimensions marked for confirmation rather than copying a related style's numbers.

02 / Sample

Request an identified sample

Verify: is the reference sample the quoted item?

Ask possible factories to identify the proposed item, minimum quantity by variant, sample cost, packaging and production assumptions. Private-label artwork may change tooling, proofing or sample requirements; treat these as separate quotation lines.

03 / Comparison

Normalize the quotation ledger

Verify: do pack counts and exclusions match?

Convert the quantity to a common piece basis and retain the original pack ratio. Compare currency, sample charges, freight inclusions, carton dimensions and destination charges alongside the quoted unit price. A lower price per tube may describe fewer pieces.

04 / Delivery

Record the approval boundary

Verify: which US receiving and freight assumptions remain open?

Coordinate questions and sample planning, then return unresolved choices to the buyer. You decide whether a material substitution, packaging revision or timing assumption is acceptable before an order is approved.

Trace one proposal through the evidence chain

  1. Specification revision
  2. Quotation item
  3. Approved sample
  4. Shipment documents

Status legend: requested → supplied → buyer reviewed. No stage is marked verified by default.

A supplier's product-family brochure does not establish exact-item test evidence. Match the model or item identifier, document revision and construction to the proposal. A seller's description of tournament performance is a claim to review; it is not the outcome of your own court evaluation.

We coordinate buyer-side sourcing and quotation questions. The service does not hold inventory, certify shuttles or conduct an automatic factory audit. Inspection, freight and specialist document review require a separately confirmed scope. No production slot or delivery date exists until the supplier confirms it.

An optional high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided preference helps frame the search. It is not a supplier rating. For example, retaining a custom tube design while reducing the budget may affect print finish or order quantity; record which compromise the buyer permits.

Send a supplier-search brief

Include product configuration, quantities by variant, destination ZIP code, desired delivery window and the files or evidence you need. Review the inquiry configurations and the procurement article while preparing your request.

State required specifications, quantity, destination and delivery timing. Unknown details can be marked for confirmation; a real supplier quote is not required to start.
