Badminton Shuttlecock Wholesale Sourcing Terms of Service
These terms describe use of this independent sourcing website and its inquiry tools. The site helps business buyers organize shuttlecock requirements and discuss possible factory quotations. Submitting a request does not place an order, establish an accepted price or reserve goods.
Inquiry information
Provide accurate business contact details and a product brief you are entitled to share. Identify the requested construction, quantity basis, destination and timing. Optional budgets and supplier preferences are instructions for discussion; they do not constitute an accepted procurement contract.
Do not submit confidential third-party information without permission. Artwork, marks and other materials should be owned or lawfully usable by the buyer. Identify any restrictions before supplier communication or sample planning is discussed.
Separate quotation and order approval
Product names and catalog entries describe inquiry scope. Specifications, minimum quantities, sample charges, availability, packaging and timing remain subject to the supplier's written response. A purchase requires separate agreement on the proposed item, commercial terms and acceptance responsibilities.
Compare quotations on the same pack ratio, currency, destination and logistics basis. Missing charges and exclusions remain unresolved until confirmed. The site does not publish a universal price saving or establish the suitability of a proposed shuttle for every application.
Evidence and service boundaries
Supplier statements, sample observations and documents must be evaluated for the exact proposed item. Independent sourcing coordination does not itself certify a product, conduct an automatic factory audit or replace specialist review where required.
Sample approval should identify the item, construction, artwork and pack revision. A related catalog sample cannot automatically approve production. The buyer remains responsible for deciding which acceptance conditions are necessary for its intended use.
Website availability and questions
Content may be corrected as requirements or service information change. No continuously available website or fixed supplier response time is stated. If an inquiry fails to submit, use the contact page to review the information and try again without assuming receipt.
Questions about an inquiry or these terms can be submitted through Request Review. Explain the concern and provide the business email associated with the request. Personal information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
